CAMPO di BELLA
Campo di Bella is a small family farm in the township of Blue Mounds dedicated to providing fresh seasonal produce through community supported agriculture and sustainable practices. Our members receive a weekly produce share of our farm harvest from June through October with full or half shares available. All our vegetables, herbs and fruits are grown locally without commercial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Instead, we rely on organic practices such as cover cropping, crop rotation and composted animal manure. We have pick up locations on the west-side of Madison and at the farm. Enjoy our home grown recipes that will accompany our weekly e-newsletter and make wonderful meals from farm fresh produce. Please join us and help support fresh and sustainable food in South Central Wisconsin and in living more simply but abundantly from locally produced food. CIRCLE M MARKET FARM

Circle M Market Farm is a small family homestead in rural Blanchardville, 40 minutes southwest of Madison as reached by curvy country roads. The 20-acre farm is nestled in a cozy valley, bordered by creeks on two sides, an old oak woods on another and neighboring farms on the rest. We share this land with our fine-wool sheep, milking goats, chickens, horses, steers, pigs, dogs, cats, ducks, turkeys and a loud goose; with whom we live in a circle of nurture. Everything on the homestead has a purpose and function that feeds the land and lives around it. We care for the animals, they feed the soil, the soil feeds our crops and we feed you. We provide summer-to-fall Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce shares to local and Madison customers, as well as raw and dyed wool, mohair fleeces and handspun art yarns. If you’d like to experience what life in this circle is all about, we offer a variety of ways for you to get involved. You are welcome to visit the farm community by attending our spring Lambs and Lettuces Festival on June 13 and the fall Homestead Harvest Day on October 24. We also offer classes for individuals and groups in organic gardening or in woolcraft, including shearing, dyeing, carding, spinning, felting and knitting experiences. Visit the animals and gardens every day by blog at circlemfarm.com.

HEIRLOOM ACRES
Heirloom Acres is located on a ridgetop outside of Viola. We started raising our own vegetables and meat to know the methods used to produce them. That continued to expand to the point, where we offer our produce and chickens to customers. We have been organic for the last 10 years. We use minerals, kelp, rock dusts and green manure’s to improve the available nutrients to the plants. We believe that “Food that is nutrient dense can actually eliminate disease…Food as medicine”. We are a small family farm and take great care and pride in selecting the mostly heirloom seeds, stating and handling of our plants, and the picking the produce for our weekly boxes. We do farming because we love it. We do it in a sustainable way that feeds our family and your family for generations to come.

MIDDLEBURY HILLS
Look to Middlebury Hills for a “back to the basics” produce box. In 2001 we began our farming adventure by reclaiming an abandoned farmstead that sat in the middle of a cow pasture. While we found the place by accident, we were moving with a definite purpose. Our goal was to build a really healthy place to live and grow both food and family. Now, years later, we are living that dream and want to share it with you. During the growing season our family and crew fills over a hundred boxes each week with useful, recognizable, freshly picked produce. Newsletters tell the story of each season as it develops, and recipes are always provided for each new item. In addition to produce, we offer egg and beef shares from neighboring farms. For our whole story and to read archived newsletters and recipes, check our website at middleburyhills.com.

OLD STONE FARM
Our farm is located in southeastern Dane county, near the town of Cambridge and about 20 miles from Madison. The old stone farmhouse on the hill dates back to the year 1840, eight full years before Wisconsin became a state. Our goal today is to grow healthy food crops in a sustainable manner, without the use of any chemicals. We offer a twenty week supply of fresh, clean organically grown produce, from early June through the middle of October. Each week’s share comes with a newsletter that provides information on current activities on the farm and recipes for ideas on how to prepare that week’s produce. We have pickup locations in Madison and on the farm. See our web site or call for more information.

We’ve been growing sustainably ‘green’ for 33 years since purchasing our farm, emphasizing natural practices only, & committed to purity. We use green fertilizers, compost and use no synthetics of any kind. Healthy plants come from healthy soil. We use heirloom & non-genetically altered seeds, purchasing them as ‘sustainably/organically grown’ whenever possible. Food safety & cleanliness is our top priority. We read the latest technical information regularly to further our practices.
CSA is a connection between small-scale agriculture and high quality local produce, grown especially for you. Members receive a generous family size produce share, averaging 10lb+ weekly, increasing as the season progresses for 18 weeks from early June into October. We encourage our members to freeze/dry or share the weekly bounty. We offer heirlooms as well as our favorite hybrids known for their superb flavors for your dining enjoyment. We trial new varieties yearly to add to our collection.
E-newsletters are sent out weekly describing what’s available that week & the latest farm news. We have farm pick-up only on designated days: Monday or Thursday, 5-7 PM. We encourage members to share pickups to save time & fuel, along with returning & recycling all clean packaging. We are committed to staying small & personal. We don’t attend ‘farmers markets’ so you’re insured of getting our very best quality with the CSA belief that we all share in a bountiful harvest. We offer occasional private sales & fall shares. Please contact us for more details.
We are also a state-licensed & inspected mail order daylily nursery offering over 350 different distinctive cultivars including introductions from our hybridizing program. Grown truly green, as well. Open during bloom season by appointment only. Your garden can be locally grown as well. Come & see.

TRAIL RIDGE ACRES
Our farm is on a secluded piece of land north of Dodgeville that contains ag land, forest, and prairie/savannah. Our goal is to have the land to share, preserve, and enhance. Prairie restoration, invasive weed management and wildlife habitat are all part of our farm activity. Vegetable growing on a large scale started in 2003. Using the principles recommended by leading organic farmers, we use the best possible practices to produce quality vegetables. Weekly home delivery from mid-June through early October make our operation unique. Each season we wish to have 5 – 10 subscribers. Besides vegetables each week’s basket comes with a bouquet of fresh picked flowers. Also available to our subscribers are strawberries, raspberries, black caps and maple syrup. Share holders are always welcome to visit. We offer trails to hike, wildflowers to view, and wild berries to pick. The season ends with our annual pumpkin pick. We have been blessed and we share that blessing with our shareholders.
